Machine Shop Lyle As you know we had tried Cryogenics on our tooling some time ago and had no operational gain, we will not get into who the company was. You convinced me to try your cryogenic process and I am pleased that you did. We have seen a significant gain in the carbide inserts, although we still on occasion have one explode. However on your side I have talked to other shops and have found out that not all of the inserts are structurally the same even from the same set of inserts. In the area of tool steel the gains have been beyond belief, we are getting longer runs and the tooling is lasting longer. Thank you for helping me have a better control of my bottom line. R.M. Machine Tooling Supplier Lyle We have been in the main stream of supplying gear broaches to a major manufacturer of gear drives. We have been working with them to lengthen the operation time of these broaches. The set of broaches that you Cryogenically processed for us has performed beyond expectations, the plant manager is very pleased and more broaches will be coming your way. I have talked to a screw manufacturer and he is going to send screw dies for processing I hope that they will show the same improvement. Regards D.K.
